An old proverb says: If the axe is dull and he does not sharpen its edge, the worker must exert more strength. Wisdom has the advantage of giving success. We can see the reality of this saying in our present leaders. Now-a-days leaders are too much concerned about their power and prestige that they lose their leadership qualities. As good food is necessary for good health, we need preparation and study to be a good leader.
