Opinion: Perseverance and skills, keys to success

Bangladesh is a populous country. Not much people are educated here. But the job opportunity is even less and competitive. One of the major causes is lack of skills. The particular type of skills is not obtained with the studies according to the job demand. As a result the number of unemployed educated people is increasing day by day. An organization wants to assign an educated and skilled man. And a skilled man gets promotion. So skill is necessary in both to get a job and promotion. We will listen to the opinions of an experienced woman in job sector named Lydia Karmokar, who has been working at an International NGO “World Vision Bangladesh” as a program officer at Savar project for last twenty years. We will listen how skills are necessary to get a job.
